# September 25th, 2024

We’ve added some exciting new functionality to enhance your demo experience. From tighter security to smoother video integration, this release is all about keeping your demos secure and engaging. Let's dive in!

### Additional Demo Security with Authentication

An extra layer of protection to your demos 🔒

🔐 **Require Authentication:** Now, you can require viewers to enter a 4-digit code sent directly to their email before they can access your demo. This helps ensure that only verified people can view your demo content.

**How to use it:**

1. **Set Allowed or Blocked Domains**: Specify email domains. Enter the domains you want to allow or block, ensuring only your target audience can view your demo.
2. **Toggle on the 'Require Authentication'**: In the share modal, go to Secure Link'', simply turn the **'Require Authentication'** toggle on.
3. Once enabled, viewers will be prompted to enter a 4-digit code sent to their email before they can access your demo.

### **🎥 Improvement: Easier Video Integration with Demos**

With this release, adding videos to your demos is easier. You can now choose from the 'add step' panel whether you want to add a screen or a video while creating your demo.

1. **Select Video or Screen**: As you click 'Add Step' and begin building your demo, you’ll see an option to add a screen or a video.
2. **Choose the Video Type:** Upload new videos, add from existing demos, or capture videos via extension.
3. **Mix and Match**: Combine short videos with interactive screens to add a dynamic balance of visual and interactive elements, improving engagement.

{% hint style="info" %}
We suggest combining SHORT videos with screens to make your interactive demo even more impactful. On the other hand, adding longer videos can result in lower engagement.

Stay cool and happy demoing! ✌️
