Enhanced Insights Page
We know how important it is for you to understand the performance of your demos. That’s why we’ve made significant improvements to our Insights page, giving you more detailed and actionable data:
Percentage Metrics: We've added percentage % metrics to the 'Engaged' and 'CTA Clicked' columns. This allows you to quickly see what proportion of your audience is engaging with and taking action on your CTAs.
Total Time Metric: You’ll now find a 'Total Time' metric next to each demo. This feature shows the total amount of time users have spent on self-guided demos, helping you measure both the time saved through automation and the educational impact of your demos.
Convert CTA available in the Left-Side Panel
We've positioned the Convert CTA in the left-side menu, making it simple for you to add this powerful feature to your demos in 2 clicks.
What is Convert CTA? The Convert CTA is an always-persistent button throughout your demo, ensuring potential customers are always primed to take action. This persistent placement has proven to significantly boost conversion rates, keeping the call to action front and center.
