Send instant notification when lead is identified

Storylane directly integrates with Slack so you can be notified when a "known" lead views a demo. You will receive instant notification to your configured Slack channel.

(Note: if lead can't be identified then Slack notification will not be sent)

How to Integrate

To integrate Slack with Storylane

• Click the "Settings" on the left-hand menu, and then click on the "Integration" tab.

• Here, you'll see integration for Slack as an available option. Click on the "Connect" button.

• Then, choose channel you would like to send notifications.

Once lead goes through one of the demos, you'll get a notification on configured Slack channel. See below for sample message:
