Analyzing Demo Performance

There's no typical value for conversion rate or click rate when it comes to a demo, as it depends on a lot of factors, and also differs with industries, target customers, customer count, etc.

As a basic thumb rule, the performance of a demo depends majorly on two factors:

CTA Percent

Go to your Analytics > Engagement.

Calculate CTA percent: (CTA clicked / Uniques) x 100

Final Step Completion Percent

Go to Analytics > Engagement > Click on the Demo title > Hover on the final step of your last flow. The completion percentage would be displayed.

A minimum of 20% for both of these factors is good to have. Take a look at our best practices to improve these numbers.
