Customizing Steps

Style and configure each widget step

Each widget thats added as step can be customized to match your needs:

• Hover on the widget and click on "Edit step" button next to it. You'll then be prompted with options "Style" and "Config" to edit

Style

• Change Widget background color

• Add backdrop

• Choose beacon color (for hotspot widget)

• Choose the width of the frame

• Adjust widget arrow alignment

Config

• Add close "X" button (allows viewers to exit guide. Learn how can be integrated with clickable demo).

• Add a "previous" button (allows viewer to go to previous step)

• Add a "next" button (allow user to go to next step or URL or another flow).

• Add a secondary CTA button (enables more than one action on a specific step. We recommend using this in the middle of your demo to give the users an option to jump directly to your call to action i.e. 'Book a call' ).

• Show step number (displays step # in the demo)

• Show only beacon (always hides the text box from the step)

• Recording Audio (add audio recording which autoplays)

• Hide arrow (Hides widget arrow pointer)

Batch Update

• Click on "Edit Step" of any widget

• Choose "Batch Update" from the bottom of pop-up

• Now, choose different options you'd want and click "Update" to change all steps in your demo
