Understanding Sources in the Leads Page

To help users better understand where their leads originate, we have introduced a Source column on the Leads page. These tools allow users to categorize and filter leads based on their source, ensuring better tracking and management.

Lead Source Categories

Leads are classified into three main categories based on how they were captured:

1. Direct

Leads that are captured through lead forms inside of the demo.

  • Examples:

    • Lead form submissions

    • Requiring email on demo link access

2. Attributed

Leads collected from various forms on your website and pages through lead attribution.

  • Examples:

    • Cookie-based tracking

    • Leads captured through different forms outside the demo

3. Nurtured

Known leads from a user's database, who have been sent demos.

  • Examples:

    • Leads identified via an email parameter

    • Token-based tracking

    • Links with pre-assigned emails
