How to Pass Account Insights to a 3rd Party?

Currently, Storylane provides flexibility in how you send account-level demo data to other tools:

Zapier Integration – Automatically send account data to your CRM, marketing automation platform, or other apps.

Direct Export – Download and analyze account engagement data manually.

Coming Soon: HubSpot & Marketo Integration – Soon, you’ll be able to push account insights directly to HubSpot and Marketo, enriching the individual lead data you already capture.


How Are Accounts Tracked in Storylane?

Accounts are recorded based on either:

1️⃣ Lead Form Submission – If a lead fills out a form in your demo, their company will be automatically added to the Accounts Page.

2️⃣ Account Reveal via IP Detection – If a visitor does not fill out a form, but Storylane detects their company via IP, the company will still be listed as an engaged account.

This ensures that all demo interactions—whether tied to a specific lead or captured anonymously via Account Reveal—help your team stay informed on who's engaging with your product.
