This can happen if your HubSpot account doesn’t recognize storylane.io as a trusted domain. When a user submits a form embedded within a Storylane demo, HubSpot may flag it as a "Spam Submission" if the submission comes from an unregistered external site. While the contact might still be created, the form submission won’t appear in your normal analytics.
To fix this:
Go to HubSpot Settings
Navigate to:
Account Settings→Tracking Code→Advanced Tracking→Additional Site DomainsScroll to the bottom and add
storylane.ioto the list
This will allow HubSpot to treat form submissions from your Storylane-hosted demos as valid.
