# March 10th, 2026

Hey Storylaners! In this release, we focused on three things teams asked often:

• Easier collaboration across teams\
• Demo archiving\
• Slack alerts for high-intent buyers

Here’s what’s new 👇

### Share demos & hubs across teams

Interactive demos are rarely used by just one team.

Product marketing creates them.\
Sales uses them with prospects.\
Customer success shares them with customers.

Now **multiple teams inside your workspace can access the same demos and hubs - without duplicating work.**

### Smarter Alerts (Now with Slack)

When someone interacts with your demo, timing matters.

Now Storylane alerts can go **directly to Slack**, so your team knows immediately when a prospect engages.

What’s new:

• Send demo engagement alerts to **Slack channels**\
• Use advanced triggers to notify your team instantly\
• Keep sales and marketing aligned in real time

### Demo Archiving

Deleting demos is risky. Sometimes you want to remove something from the dashboard **without losing it forever.**

Now you can **archive demos first**, and decide later what to do with them.

Here is what you can do:

• Archive demos instead of deleting immediately\
• Restore demos anytime from the **Archive page**\
• Permanently delete only when you're sure\
• Keep analytics data even if the demo is archived

### One more thing 👀

We’re actively working on a **new, more polished editor experience**.

Today, it’s automatically available to free users, and Starter users can switch anytime with a single click - but things are evolving behind the scenes, and we can’t wait to bring it to everyone soon 🙂
