Before you start
To use Deals, make sure:
Your Storylane workspace is connected to HubSpot or Salesforce
Your CRM data is syncing properly
Your team is sharing demos through Storylane so engagement can be tracked
If you already had a CRM integration connected, you may need to reconnect it to access the latest Deals functionality.
Set up Deals
Connect your CRM
Go to Integrations in Storylane
Choose HubSpot or Salesforce
Complete the connection flow
If your integration is already connected, reconnect it if prompted
Once connected, Storylane will begin syncing your pipeline into the Deals dashboard.
View your deals
After setup:
Open Deals from the left navigation
Browse your synced opportunities
Use filters to narrow by pipeline, stage, buying intent, or owner
Open any deal to view detailed buyer demo activity
