# User activity

### **What is User Activity?**

User Activity shows performance metrics for each user in your workspace based on how their demos/hubs are used.

You can see:

* Who is sharing demos with prospects
* Who is generating the most views and engagement
* Which users are reaching accounts and driving leads

It helps answer questions like:

* Which reps are actively using demos in their workflow?
* Who is generating the most engagement from prospects?
* Which demos and links are performing best?

### **Leaderboard**

At the top of the page, you’ll see a graph representing the leaderboard of top users based on the performance.

#### **What you can do:**

* Select a metric:
  * Total views
  * Accounts reached
  * Leads
  * Total view time
  * Share links
* Choose how many users to display:
  * Top 3
  * Top 5
  * Top 10

The chart updates automatically based on your selection.

### **Metrics Explained**

**Share Links -** Number of demo links a user has shared.

**Total Views -** Total number of demo and hub views generated from those links.

**Accounts Reached -** Number of unique companies that interacted with the demos.

**Leads -** Number of identified users captured through demo engagement.

**Total View Time -** Total time prospects spent engaging with demos.

### **User Table**

Below the leaderboard, you’ll see all users and their performance.

For each user, you can view:

* Name and email
* Share links
* Total views
* Accounts reached
* Total view time

The table is sorted based on the selected metric.

### **User Details**

Click on a user to open a detailed view.

Here you can see:

* All demo links shared by the user
* Performance per link
* Views, accounts, leads, and engagement per link

This helps you understand how each rep is using demos with prospects.

### **How to Use User Activity**

**Track sales usage -** See which reps are actively sharing demos and using them in their workflow.

**Identify top performers -** Find who is driving the most engagement from prospects.

**Support your team -** Spot reps who may need help adopting demos effectively.
